had a very pleasant time. the hotel was fabulous and spotlessly clean, its location was stunning convenient to all city attractions, exceptional service. the staff was knowledgeable and attentive all the time.

The hotel was huge, and the meals were fab, I enjoyed the easy location adjacent to the shopping areas and good dining places, many bars and restaurants and restaurants. The service was exceptional, the personnel was always courteous and I had an early check-in.

Their staff were extremely slow.

I liked the details, like staff and location, they were great. The room was clean with very clean beds. Easy check-in was a bonus. Moreover, I parked at the nearby. The restaurant was excellent with amazing meals.

The staff were ready to help, simple check-in and the room was recently renovated and recently refurbished. The bed was large and it was great having air conditioner, terrace and microwave. I loved a luxurious bathroom. Such a very special experience.

We really enjoyed it. Our stay here was wonderful, excellent base for exploring Toronto. Rooms were good sized. We had quick check-in on arrival.

Good standard hotel with amazingly efficient staff and optimal location. The beds were good and the guest room itself was functional and bright. Great pool to relax in too. Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Toronto.

Incredibly polite staff and fab location. Rich breakfast with a good choice of food, reasonably priced. Relaxing coffee and tea in the rooftop bar, easy parking place.
